Performance Team Our Performance Team has tons of fun preparing a routine to be performed from December through March. Our performance team practices twice per week and layers on performances in front of large crowds including half-time shows, etc. throughout the college basketball season. This team is for jumpers who have mastered the basics and want to keep improving their skill set. These jumpers often have advanced skills and want to keep jumping because A. they love it and B. it enhances their ability to perform well in other sports. Performance Team Jumpers enjoying learning new tricks while participating in the team's speed and power training sessions. Speed and Power (double unders) is the base for jump rope skill and helps build endurance for other sports.

Competition Team Our Competition Team is "all in." These Jumpers love jump rope and want to test their skills in a competition format. The competition team works all year on individual, pairs, double dutch and group performance in preparation for the regional qualifying competition in the spring. The goal is to qualify for the National competition every summer. While competition is the focus, our competition team enjoys performing at local venues such as basketball half time shows and other community events. Our competition team practices three times a week as a team with the expectation that jumpers continue to practice on their own.
